Medical management with the ‘Acteurdm Service’: customised consultation forms, summary sheet, prescriptions and letters, statistics on medical procedures, image storage…

The Medical Record module is part of the ActeurCS.fr online service and gives you complete management of your patients’ medical and administrative records.

Directly connected to the Vidal drug database, the Medical Record lets you create consultations and prescriptions for every healthcare specialty. Built-in nomenclatures (ICD-10, ICPC, SFMG) allow rigorous coding of conditions. Automatic detection of drug interactions and assisted dosage entry make the Medical Record simple and intuitive to use! The service also lets you create many other types of events (letters, reports, certificates, summaries, etc.).

The Medical Record service also offers an interface for entering laboratory results, use of the DMP (personal medical record), automatic or semi-automatic entry of summary and follow-up items, and advanced security for stored medical data.

Included in the subscription, maintenance and the deployment of updates (transparent for the user) are two of the main advantages of the ActeurCS.fr service.

Electronic document management

ActeurCS.fr ‘Electronic Document Management’ (EDM) is a service provided by Aatlantide.

This service includes the following features:

• Archiving of documents from a user workstation to Aatlantide’s secure servers
• Complete, customised management of a document collection;
• Ability to link one or more document collections to a patient record and to events in that record (from the ‘Medical Record’ service)
• EDM manages external documents and attaches them to a patient record
• Create a new document collection from a scan
• Create a new collection from a document on the computer
• Act on documents

Statistics and queries

ActeurCS.fr offers all users a general statistics feature based on a set of predefined queries. These statistics can be run over a given period (between two dates).

With a complete editor, the query module also lets you create your own query templates or import generic templates into the service.

• Unpaid items by patient, by organisation
• Receipts, payments and transfers journal
• Cash, cheque and card deposit slips
• All diabetic patients aged 18 to 75 with a BMI above 25 who are not on statins and whose referring physician belongs to the network
• All patients aged 9 months to 10 years who have not received two doses of the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine (preparing a public health campaign to improve children’s vaccination coverage)
